What this website stores on your device, which is nothing.
This site sets no cookies
Nothing on this website stores a cookie on your device, and nothing keeps anything in your browser's storage between visits. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything. A banner asking permission for something we do not do would be theatre.
How we count visitors
We use Plausible, which counts pages without cookies and without following anybody between websites. It records the page, the country, the kind of device, and where a visit came from. It does not build a profile of you, and none of it identifies you. We also count a few actions on the site — a tour booked, an enquiry sent, a tap on the WhatsApp button — so we know which parts of the site are useful. Those counts carry no personal information.
What we do not do
No advertising. No advertising cookies, no Meta pixel, no Google advertising tags, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
The app
The CrystalEDU app is not a browser and uses no cookies. It keeps your sign-in and a copy of your child's information in encrypted storage on the phone, so it still works when the network does not, and erases all of it the moment you sign out. The privacy policy explains what it holds and why.
